現在、契約倉庫会社、運輸会社等に状況を確認しております。

Announcement concerning the earthquakes in Japan and delays in delivery of ordered products

 

To our customers,

 

Following the devastating earthquakes that struck the north-eastern portion of the Sanriku Coast in Miyagi and the Kanto-Koshinetsu districts of Japan, we would like to express our deepest sympathies and condolences to the people affected by the disaster and to the families of the victims.

 

Due to the earthquakes, we regret to inform you that orders scheduled for delivery on or after March 12^th have been slightly delayed. We are currently in the process of verifying the status of all orders with our warehouse, freight companies and other related parties.

 

For products ordered from today onwards, we will continue to be in close contact with our warehouse and freight companies and keep you informed of any delays. Thank you for your understanding, and please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We wish everyone in the areas affected by the disaster a safe and quick recovery during these difficult times.
